"I was looking for a way to invest in real estate, but I didn't have the time or expertise to do it on my own. I found Synergy Investment Fund, and they've been a great partner. Brent and Amy have helped me to understand the risks and rewards of passive real estate investing, and they've put together a portfolio of investments that meets my goals. I'm very happy with my decision to work with Synergy."

"I have invested in real estate for over 30 years, but I was new to the world of syndication investing.  Brent Miller and the team at Synergy Investment Fund were extremely informative and helpful in introducing me to the process. The team at Synergy took the time to answer all of my questions and they helped me to understand the risks and rewards of syndication investing with investing in commercial real estate with Synergy Investment Fund.  I receive monthly income and expense statements, property inspection reports and accounting snapshots.  I'm so glad that I decided to work with them. I can COUNT the benefits that I was rewarded with in the investment I participated in. I highly recommend working with this outstanding team."
